Away from Me |

This comic is about an angel named Joseph, a Virtue of Hope, who left the peaceful haven of Eden out of curiousity and the desire to know more about the world shrouded with Sin. He performs miracles of healing and ressurection, but his power comes with the price of death and eternal damnation, both for himself and the person he's trying to save. The King of Hell, known as Satan or Lucifer, seeks him to empower and to free himself from the chains of divine providence that binds his power from working freely amongst the living world. Sigma is the name of an organization made to help keep Lucifer from meddling with the living peoples and their affairs. They keep records of who, when, and where someone dies, all provided by an organization of angels from Heaven called Tau. This is a dark comic (hence all the many black tones in the comic). One of its central themes is death: murder, suicide, accidental -- all unnatural causes. It also deals with the corruption and the internal struggles of man, as well as religions and one of my philosophies of life after death. ~*~
